Born Anxious is a homegrown clothing label with two objectives, to make the clothes as comfortable as possible, whilst also remaining planet friendly, and to hold important information that will aim to help not only the child, but also the caregiver as well when required. As an autism mum myself, I have thought about what could help me and other caregivers whilst trying to be as generic as possible within the designs, alongside giving those the opportunity to personalise their products as well.

Born anxious turns one!

Born anxious turns one!

So Born anxious turns one already, how crazy is that, my original idea has transformed into far more than I ever could imagine, so much more than a t shirt, or 20!!!!

When I first had the idea to do an awareness T shirt as you all know it seemed from a bad online purchase for my own use for Oscar travelling.

This then started an Etsy page with the beginning two designs,Months in I started a blog I then created a few more designs ,and with the help from a guy named Spencer Scorey the website was born, I loved working with Spencer he got it,. He got me, he could see my vision he actually designed the life jacked one and the Autism aware one and worked on the artwork for all my ideas, he really was part of the online creation of my vision, I won't forget him for that he's a top bloke, we then once it was finished started to network.

I started working with Nick Maxfield also and Rise Communications as it was time to step up a level with networking and connect a few dots I'm still connected to both and wouldn't be without them.

So we plan to continue building our army, continue spreading awareness, continue supporting the three amazing charities we started with and we hope to add more to the list as we grow, currently bornanxious makes monthly donations to :

Born anxious hopes to continue growing and spreading our message over this next 12 months in the UK and worldwide .

As the creator of Born anxious I'm still very much a one man band in terms of the merch side of things but I do have supporters and reps that promote the brand and message, these are all so valued and vital in our growth, I'm very excited for the year ahead .

I have just met someone very very special who we will be supported by but I'm unable to unveil yet so watch this space 💙🔥🔥🔥😳
